As a precautionary measure, the team at ReQuire Consultancy will be communicating with all clients and candidates regarding any changes to the recruitment process, and any preventative action we shall be taking or recommend when it comes to the hiring process of staff over the coming days and weeks in relation to the Corona Virus outbreak.
Registering candidates: We have taken immediate steps to prioritise the registration of a candidate by phone first as opposed to face to face meetings at our offices.
Planning Interviews: We are ensuring ALL candidates selected for an interview, have been asked about recent travel. We request confirmation of any holidays in the past 4 weeks. Should anyone declare they have been to one of the affected locations as per the Government website we will inform the company and decisions regarding the interview process will be taken at that time.
Alternative Interviewing: If you are a company that is considering alternative interviewing methods, we suggest Skype or Zoom as useful media platforms.
We will continue to liaise regularly with all of our clients in regards to any changes they wish to make to their interview process so to ensure a smooth and successful recruitment experience.
