We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrative Assistant to join a fast growing IFA practice based at their offices in Claygate, Surrey.

The company is committed to delivering a professional and transparent service to clients and are all for supporting their staff with further developing and enhancing their skills.

Key Purpose of the role:
The Mortgage Administrator will provide a full service to the Mortgage Advisor, suppliers and their clients to maintain a high quality and efficient service.

General Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, when required
  • Liaising with customers over the phone
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Keeping the office organised
  • General administration duties
  • Processing paperwork and quotations
  • Invoicing and following
  • Maintain contacts

Within this office based role, you will nee to demonstrate strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills and confidence in your own ability.

Teamwork is one of the most important factors to our client so it is important you are a super team player who recognises the importance of working together to gain results.

We would prefer a candidate with some Financial Services experience, OR someone who is looking to venture into a new career within a progressive company.

This is a full time position, based in Claygate, Surrey. M-F 9am – 5:30pm.
