We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join a leading Solicitor firm based in Poole. The role has been designed to support a team with all general administration tasks, including filing, archiving, opening and closing of files, and assisting the team with other admin tasks.
We are looking for candidates who have some experience of working within an administrative job within a Commercial environment. You will have a professional telephone manner too as sometimes you might be required to support with answering the phones.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to gain experience of working in an office environment, and who has a little experience of doing this in the past. You will be very professional and well presented, and be able to work well within a team environment.
The role is 9am – 5pm Mon-Fri, OR we would consider candidates who can work five hours a day Monday to Friday. Multiple benefits are offered as part of the package.
