Customer Account Manager

Our client is currently looking for a Customer Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge within a successful company based near Ringwood, Hampshire. The role of CAM will be to help nurture all current customers with their requests as well as handling all incoming enquiries from potential customers. The role would suit someone who thrives off building relations through the delivery of effortless customer service. It is an integral role to the continued growth of the operation as you will be constantly developing and building customer relations which in turn effects their spend with the company.

You will be given full training in the role and will become accustomed to the full product range therefore being confident in giving sound advice and product insight which will only enhance the company reputation. Most of the interaction comes from incoming calls or emails by customers.

As the ideal candidate, we are looking for someone who has the following experiences and skills:

  • An interest, knowledge or previous experience of working with electronic based systems
  • Excellent customer awareness and a proactive approach to communicating
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise workloads for customers
  • An ability to write well-constructed emails and demonstrate a professional courteous manner when communicating
