We have a new vacancy available for a Customer Service Administrator to join a team within a busy Engineering company based in Salisbury.

We are looking for a kind natured individual who can work well as a team member and who enjoys being part of a busy team. It is key that you have good administrative skills and have the ability to learn quickly.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers about their product orders
  • Order taking
  • Data entry
  • Communicating with various departments
  • Assisting with purchasing
  • General administrative duties
  • Working as part of a small team

Skills and experiences required:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • 12 months previous experience in a customer service admin role.
  • Good time management
  • Ability to prioritise and organise
  • Strong communication skills

The role is Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm, with free parking available.
