We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Solicitor firm based in Bournemouth. As the successful candidate, you will need to have previous Secretarial experience preferably within the property sector, so it’s essential you have an efficient and accurate typing ability alongside sound audio typing experience.
The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of accurate work. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team but directly reporting into a Senior Fee Earner. As part of this role you will be using MS office frequently so a good working knowledge is key.
Please note, we will ask you to perform a typing test to confirm your accuracy and efficiency. If you are confident you can achieve 65words per minute with over 95% accuracy rate then do get in touch.
Hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with a very good benefits package.
