We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator for a growing financial services company based in Claygate, Surrey. You will mainly be front of house, as well as supporting the team with all business administrative functions. Therefore we are looking for candidates with a strong customer service focus, and who enjoy a varied job role.
- Meeting and greeting external visitors
- First point of contact on the phone to all external clients, taking messages or helping
- Stationary ordering and arranging maintenance / servicing of all office equipment
- Typing up minutes for staff meetings
- Supporting all office team with administrative duties
- Incoming and outgoing post and delivery duties
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a very busy, but varied role and you will have a good administrative and customer service background in previous roles, and ideally have worked as a Receptionist or Front of House before. You will require strong MS Office skills and need to be highly organised and confident.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
