We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Solicitor firm based in Poole, to support the Family Law team. As the successful candidate you will need to have previous Legal Secretarial experience and have an efficient typing speed along with a some audio typing experience too.
Please note that you will have a typing speed of 55wpm or more, with 90% accuracy ideally to be successful in this role.
The role is busy and demanding and requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to produce a high volume of accurate work. Good interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team and excellent delivery of client services is also essential to the role. As part of this role you will be using MS office frequently so a good working knowledge is essential.
Hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with a very good benefits package. You will be working in between their Poole offices and Bournemouth offices and so you will need to be flexible on working from both offices weekly.
