We have a new vacancy available to work in a Stores facility supporting the production and manufacturing of our client’s niche products.
The role of Stores Assistant will see the chosen candidate work closely with a Stores Manager to handle the supply and management of materials required for the manufacturing process.
As part of the role you will handle all deliveries on site before liaising and distributing to various divisions in the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be responsible to the Unit Manager for your day to day activities.
- Be able to follow a best practice policy
- Take care and pay detailed attention to all tasks at all times. Complete documentation
and records accurately and to a high standard
- Maintain the Stores areas to the required standard using defined cleaning procedures.
The role is very much a team environment, the stores area communicate effectively and work together to achieve results for the wider business. We wish to find a team player who has evidence of a hard working attitude within a similar environment.
The role is full time Mon-Fri and offers various benefits as part of the package on offer.
