We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a small locally based business who are rapidly becoming a reliable household name within their industry. This role has become available due to growth and we are looking for someone who has experience across a multitude of accounts related tasks. It is also important you have a versatile approach and can demonstrate a good level of customer service skills towards customers where required.
Some key duties include:
- Supplier invoices and supplier payments
- Credit Control
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Managing company expenses
- Ad hoc finance administration
- Answering the phones at busier times and helping customers or taking messages for the team
The team currently comprises of three people, and they all currently cater for the accounts administration between them. They use Sage so if you have experience with using this software, that would be deemed an advantage. We are not looking for anyone with specific qualifications, however if you would like to do qualifications such as AAT then our client are willing to support you with doing this alongside your job.
The most important thing is to have a good work ethic and a good level of work history in an accounts environment.
Hours are full time with free parking available.
