We are looking to hire a proactive and communicative Administrator to join a highly regarded local team. You will be part of a popular, trusted business, steeped in local history, with over 60 years as a market leader. The family-run organisation provide quality, reliable products to both the domestic and commercial markets.
The successful candidate will support the scheduling manager with the scheduling of projects alongside planning, arranging tasks, and monitoring the timelines of scheduled assignments. You will assist with any potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting the scheduling manager
Maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
Overseeing project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Supporting the effective delivery of project timelines and deadlines.
Responding to delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner.
Assisting with the preparation of project progress reports.
Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
Maintaining records as required
