​We are looking to hire the services of an experienced Compliance Administrator to join an FCA regulated business located in Andover. Launched in 2015, our client is a fast-growing, highly reputable company delivering accessible and trustworthy services. The Compliance Admin role will be brand new to the company and offers great opportunity to make the role your own.

The successful applicant will play a key role in monitoring and evaluating compliance, taking care to progress and implement new policies and procedures as required. You will be a personable, communicative member of a hard-working, friendly, and supportive team.

Key responsibilities of the Compliance Admin will include:

  • Communicate policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments, ensuring up-to-date compliance training and regular amendments in accordance with guidelines.

  • Evaluating internal operational and regulatory compliance.

  • Training employees on industry compliance requirements.

  • Develop and execute new compliance policies as required.

  • Keeping up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.


Essential skills and experiences needed to succeed in this role:

  • Experience within a financial services role (ideally with a compliance background) for an FCA authorised and regulated firm

  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring and a good understanding of the FCA handbook and impending regulations, including: GEN, SYSC, DISP, COMP, SMCR, and Consumer Duty

  • Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft products, including the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to produce reports and other documents

  • Ability to provide insights and accurately interpret data through clear visual, written, and verbal communication

  • Excellent inter-personal, communication, and organisation skills
