We are currently recruiting for a Finance and Administration Assistant to work for a UK wide, industry leading organisation based near Salisbury, Wilts.
We are looking for a strong administrator who will be assigned to work within a small finance team, supporting with the invoicing, and customers purchase orders. You do not need experience or knowledge of working within an accounts function. Full training will be provided.
- Producing customer invoices in a timely manner
- Managing customer purchase orders
- Checking and preparing employee expense claims
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing supplier invoices for payment
- Being first point of call on the phones for customers, helping callers where you can, or taking messages
- Managing post and ordering of stationary as and when needed
We are looking for candidates who have some administration background, and demonstrate a good level of attention to detail. You will be able to organise and prioritise workloads, and have excellent written communication. There is also progression on offer with this role as the company continues to grow.
The role is full time, M-F 9am – 5:30pm. Free parking available on site. Please note, due to the location you do need your own vehicle.
