​How does taking up the position of Front of House Administrator sound to you? Working for one of Salisbury's leading Commercial firms, we have an exciting role now available for someone who thrives on being in a front facing role, engaging with customers and clients of the business as well as being responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.

Our client are steeped in history, are a reputable employer and a great place to work, located in the heart of the City Centre. The role is full time, offering a competitive salary for the local market.

In this role, you will play a key role in the day to day running of the administration function, working in a friendly office environment who put their success down to their collaborative approach. Teamwork really does make the dream work!

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Front of house duties, meeting and greeting clients - Being the first port of call

  • Produce accurate correspondance

  • Organise PR and distribute to various social media platforms and the company website

  • Manage mail shots

  • Ensure a high standard of office presentation is maintained

  • Prepare effective advertising of products when required

  • Supporting key colleagues with projects

  • Keep an inhouse database updated with all relevant documentation

Skills and experiences we are looking for will include:

  • An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and a professional telephone manner.

  • An organised individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and respond to changing deadlines.

  • Able to work unsupervised to accomplish set tasks and routines as required.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel Outlook

  • Forward thinking with an eye for detail and accuracy.

  • A very well-presented team player, positive, welcoming approach is important

This role is perfect for someone who can deliver excellent customer service as well as having some experience of general administration.

You will be based out of a central office in the heart of Salisbury, in a building full of charm and character. Alongside working with some great people, you will also have 31 days holiday entitlement as well as good opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
