A specialist supply and distribution organisation are currently looking for an Inside Account Manager to join their dedicated Sales team based in Longbridge. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, this is a permanent, full-time position.
Key deliverables of this role will be the management of sales activity associated with existing accounts through excellent standards of customer service and support. This will be achieved by ensuring timely response and communication of quotations, orders and scheduling of shipments. Working closely with Territory Sales Managers, new business opportunities will also be identified to support sales growth against specified targets alongside up-selling and cross-selling to develop existing business further. Excellent time management skills will be essential, as will a demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships, conduct market analysis and deliver relevant management reports.
To be considered for this rewarding and challenging role, you must be comfortable building a strong product knowledge, dealing with the numerical elements of costings and quotations and have an engaging style and approach that allows you to build very strong stakeholder relationships.
