We have a new opportunity available for an Insurance advisor to join a Customer retentions team within a well established local provider based in Salisbury. Working under the leadership of some industry experts this is an exciting opportunity to develop and progress within a forward thinking operation. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills whilst working within a busy, fast paced environment.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Taking incoming calls from existing policy holders and negotiating their policy renewals
Responding in a timely fashion to all enquires by contacting key customers via email or call backs
Objection handling with customers who may consider looking to move their policy elsewhere
Working within an FCA regulated environment and acting in accordance to guidelines
Skills & experiences we are looking for:
Ideally at least 12 months direct experience within an Financial Services environment, preferably insurance focusing on collections, renewals or a customer retention division
A positive nature, we want to introduce someone who clearly enjoy communicating with people
Have an appetite to achieve. Our client offers an uncapped commission structure for policy renewals - Plenty of scope to earn above and beyond!

The role will provide you with initial training to set you up to thrive in the role but once you have gone through that, Hours will be 11am - 7pm Mon-Fri.
