​We are recruiting on behalf of a well-loved charity enterprise who secure bright futures for audiences, artists, and participants. We are working with Wiltshire Creative, a passionate enterprise who enrich the culture and creativity of local life. They are looking to hire an experienced and organised Management Accountant to join their creative and inclusive team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant with experience managing budgets. You will aid in improving the financial process and provide intelligent analytical support. You will also be responsible for the completion of all monthly management accounts.

Key responsibilities and attributes of the Management Accountant will include:

  • General accounts management, including performing cost control and monitoring KPI's

  • Budgeting and planning based on the Business Plan

  • Lead accurate accounting of commercial activities

  • Implement and maintain monthly/quarterly reporting papers

  • Analyse financial and non-financial data to identify trends and produce forecast /year end predictions

  • Prepare financial reports for stakeholder funding

  • Responsible for production of monthly payroll

  • Support with selection and implementation of a new Management Information System

Essential skills and experiences needed to succeed in this role:

  • CIMA, ICAEW, or ACCA qualified

  • Financial management experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and overall good IT software skills including Microsoft Office

  • Experience with payroll and use of Spektriz or other CRM systems

  • Knowledge of, or interest in the arts would be desirable
