We have a new role available to join a local business who actually play a crucial role in serving their customers around the world with global sales, manufacturing and application engineering operations. The role of Office Administrator will see you support in a number of areas of the business.
Some of your key duties will include:
Processing customer orders and schedules
Sending out acknowledgements with agreed delivery dates
Ensure all customer requirements are met
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Regularly check on status for new sales orders made
Update colleagues with information as and when required
Record production data
To be successful we are looking for candidates who consider themselves:
