As Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the office day-to-day, as well as assisting with general administrative duties where required. You will be an on-hand support for your team members. This role would be perfect for a proactive team player who is able to adapt to working with different departments.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Administrative duties including photocopying, printing, scanning, and document binding

  • Movement of internal and external mail (internal post collection and delivery etc)

  • Maintaining office stationery supplies

  • Assisting in the preparation of meeting room furniture and equipment

  • General ‘housekeeping’ such as monitoring tea and coffee stocks, replenishing hand sanitiser and hand wash, general tidying, and reporting any issues to relevant departments

Essential skills needed to fulfil this role:
