We are currently recruiting for an Operational team based in Salisbury who, due to growth are looking to offer an exciting & rewarding opportunity to a candidate who can demonstrate excellent administrative qualities, clear and concise communication skills who has a good analytical approach to statistics and data.
As a core member of the team, your principal roles will be providing administration support, interpreting and processing industry data flows and interacting with a wide range of external suppliers involved in the process. Organisational skills and attention to detail is crucial and it is essential to have a good working knowledge of Excel. A background in logistics support would be advantageous but not essential.

The maintenance of an up to date and accurate database is fundamental to the management of the business.
The Company has access to industry data systems and reporting services. The effective and timely management of the data systems and associated customer and partner relationships are central to this job and is the prime area of responsibility. Other responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analysis of monthly statistics in Excel
- Formatting, processing and tracking payment schedules to multiple customers using excel and other systems reports
- General Support of the operations team in data processing, monthly invoicing, collection and dealing with customer queries.
