We are recruiting for a specialist provider of Risk Management whohas been committed to technical excellence, delivering consistently high service standards and, working closely with their clients by delivering flexible, fixed price Risk Management programmes around the world. The company is a provider of specialist consultancy claims solutions to businesses operating in the industrial construction, transportation, project cargo and supply chain sectors and due to business growth, they have a full time vacancy for a Project Support Administrator to team up to support a wider Project team with a variation of support, admin duties.
Some of the key requirements will include: Arranging travel requirements of various members of the senior team, Liaise with other offices located throughout the UK and across the globe, attend virtual online meetings.
Daily tasks will include the following:
Receiving and logging of survey instructions (using Excel)
Dealing with contractor invoice queries
Logging and processing of inbound invoices (using Excel)
Receiving and saving of survey related documentation to (SharePoint /Dynamics)
Assist with development of Assignment Specification, Cost Analysis and Critical Item Schedule for new project files
Manage and maintain contractor database
Management of all Projects related document formats
Complete file archiving and maintenance of appropriate archive records
Skills & experiences required for this Support role:
Microsoft / Office 365 experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Ability to utilise the Internet confidently
Competent typing skills
Need to be well organised with an eye for detail
Able to work under pressure and remain calm
