We have two excellent opportunities available for individuals with a strong administrative acumen and an ability to support with all aspects of Project Management. Our client are specialists in their line of work and are a team of talented project Managers & Surveyors who focus on providing consultation, manage repair, renovation and maintenance projects across residential and commercial premises.

The objective to the role of a Project Co-ordinator is to be responsible for the planned maintenance projects of a large portfolio of clients.

Some of the key duties involved in the role:

  • ​Administering planned maintenance projects

  • Consult with key individuals on the proposed works

  • Respond to questions raised and observations from the client

  • Obtain competitive tenders from competent contractors

  • Preparation of contract documents

  • Checking all documentation to ensure everything is fully compliant

  • Occasional sit visits to support Project Managers

  • Working as part of a team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing entity who, due to high demand of work need to attain two key Project Coordinators. A strong administrative acumen is essential, as is competent MS Office skills and a high degree of accuracy and organisational ability.
