As we enter 2019, a brand new vacancy has become available. We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Executive who is enthusiastic, confident and who has a good eye for detail to join a fast paced company based near Ringwood, Hampshire.
You will become a key part of a Purchasing team and whilst your role will primarily be to support the Purchasing for the business, other duties will consist of the following:
- Being first port of call to suppliers
- Obtaining quotes from distributors and manufacturers and updating the systems
- Arranging delivery of materials and making sure delivery dates are met
- Raising purchase orders and updating order notes
- All ad-hoc administration for the Purchasing team
We are looking for candidates who are super organised and happy to work towards tight deadlines. You will need to be self motivated but work well as part of a busy team and under pressure at times. We are looking for candidates who have good communication skills and who want a fresh new challenge.

Hours for the role: 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri.
