We presently have a vacancy for an afternoon Receptionist to join a busy front office team working for a company based in Romsey, Hampshire.
The successful candidate will be calm, confident and able to work on their own initiative.
- Operate switchboard and tannoy
- Meet & greet visitors
- Open/Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Scan information into document management system
- Provide clerical support to all departments as appropriate
- Previous reception/switchboard experience required
Workings hours:- 22.25 hours a week:
- 1245 – 1730 Monday to Thursday & 1215 – 1530 Friday
