We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to help with the smooth running of a reception area for a successful professional organisation based in Salisbury. The company prides itself on excellent customer care and offer a wide array of professional services. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting and greeting clients and therefore giving a great first impression.
Some key responsibilities:
- Reception duties, to include meeting and greeting customers who walk in, and being the first port of call on the telephone
- Ensure that post is distributed to everyone promptly
- Ad hoc tasks such as stationery ordering, banking, and writing cheques
- General administrative duties
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Sending marketing emails
We are looking for candidates who have experience of working within a face to face environment and have an extremely good customer service background. You will be able to deal with sensitive and confidential information, have a good attention to detail, and have an excellent telephone manner.
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with free parking on site.
