We have a new vacancy with a leading law firm based in their Poole office. ​Our client, a leading name in Law across the South coast pride themselves on doing things differently and as a growing team they ensure their customers are always at the forefront of their focus.

We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join a busy front of house team. It is essential that the chosen candidate can demonstrate a friendly, professional nature to all visitors to the offices as well as demonstrating some good administration skills during their daily duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting of clients

  • Co-ordinating requests for meeting rooms

  • Answering calls

  • General admin duties, including archiving

Some previous front of house or reception experience is essential for this role due to how busy the office can be. You would need to be well presented, possess excellent communication and keyboard skills and be organised and pro-active in your approach.

This is a full time role Mon-Fri with a host of benefits available.
