​We have a new opening available for a Sales Administrator to join a growing distribution firm based in the heart of Andover. In this role it is important that you are an organised confident communicator who can clearly demonstrate a passion for customer service.

We are primarily looking for a candidate who can take on the following duties:

  • Taking incoming calls

  • Processing orders

  • Handling quotes and liaising with the customers

  • Supporting the sales team with efficient admin support

  • Preparation for various marketing material to be issued

  • Keeping in regular contact with the client base

Preferably we would love to introduce a candidate who enjoys the idea of learning, developing and progressing within a company. It's a team focused role so you would need to demonstrate you work well in a team. The job spec is not limited and it would suit someone who is happy to fluctuate between tasks when required.
