Sales Executive & Account Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join an international solution provider based in Ringwood, Hampshire. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering the best in service quality, being able to develop and nurture relationships. As this role is office based, we are looking for someone from a telesales, account management background

Some responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identifying opportunities & sell to existing customers
  • Motivate staff and support the team to hit their targets, including implementing new processes where required
  • Participate in continuous improvement opportunities that might mean the internal processes work more efficiently and increase the level of service to customers
  • Processing customers’ orders during busy times, and working with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery, updating the customer as you go
  • Keeping up to date with the products, old and new, and providing technical information to the customers

The successful candidate should be looking to work for a growing company, have plenty of ambition and have a passion for providing an excellent service. You will be acting as a supervisor for nine other Sales Executives in the business so will be required to lead by example.

Hours for the role: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
