Sales & Projects Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales and Projects Administrator to join a very interesting and unique company based in a beautiful village location based in Wimborne, Dorset. You will be providing high quality support to the Sales and Operations team within this very busy administration role, as well as being first port of call to the customers on the phones or even face to face.

Duties to include:

  • Manage key accounts from inception through to completion, making sure delivery runs smoothly and they are kept up to date
  • Receiving sales enquiries, processing orders, and updating systems
  • Producing quotations
  • Typing up pro forma invoices and requesting payments
  • Assist with production schedules and updating
  • General office duties, and supporting management with administration

We are looking for candidates who have worked in a varied and fast paced administration role previously and who has had prior experience of processing orders and keeping clients well updated. You will be dealing with high end clientele and so you will have a well spoken and confident telephone manner, whilst providing high standards of customer service.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm with an earlier finish on a Friday. Free parking available.
