A leading scientific and research organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Programme Manager to join their Estates team on a full time basis.
As a member of the Estates Senior Management Team, this position is responsible for the planning, management and delivery of multiple and simultaneous facilities management projects ranging in cost from £10,000 to £100,000. Strategic input to project decisions and plans in collaboration with facilities leadership team colleagues will be required as will the management of both internal and external stakeholder groups and resources to ensure that complex projects are delivered to the required standards of time, cost and quality. Projects would cover various areas of Facilities Management including but not limited to lighting, ventilation, gas pipework, generators and pump systems
Demonstrated experience of Facilities Management is absolutely essential to being considered for this role. This may be within an operational role, but would ideally be project based and supported by relevant Project Management Qualifications.
Hours for this vacancy are: 9:00am – 5:30pm M-F. Benefits include, 44 days annual leave, free parking and excellent public transport links, Defined Contribution Pension
