The kids are back to school... So who needs to fill the void of home schooling by coming to work for a super friendly team who are looking to recruit for a fantastic communicator to be an account manager for all of their client's needs. A great opportunity working very flexible hours based at their offices in Romsey.

This role is 20 hrs per week and are completely flexible on the structure. You will primarily be contacting existing customers and updating them on the latest offerings whilst maintaining a database with accurate information gathered. ​Ultimately, your role will be to build relationships with the customers and to book appointments for the wider team to follow up for them to make the sale.

To highlight some of the key objectives:

  • Maintain accurate customer and prospects records

  • To secure appointments for the Service and Sales departments.

  • Maintain a call-back schedule for contract renewals and follow up calls.

  • Distribute marketing material requests

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in an account management role. You do need to be organised and competent using an inhouse CRM system. If you have worked in the service sector or within an engineering environment where you have been booking appointments for engineers to go on site.

This role is target driven and offers a healthy commission structure as well as an impressive hourly rate for the role.

You will be joining a business steeped in history and a strong name within their service industry and working alongside some great colleagues who will ensure you have all the tools and knowledge to help you succeed.
