Meet Stevie… she’s here to stay!

It’s safe to say, Stevie-Louise, (or as some people refer to her as once they have listened to her voicemails, ‘Dee-Dee‘) has made a huge impact since starting out in her recruitment career with us here at Manor Farm Barns.

Coming from an Estate Agency background, Stevie is a natural born communicator who has that rare talent of always wanting to go beyond her best to ensure the service she delivers is unbeatable.

Since successfully completing three months of intense industry training; assisted by many including Enabling Change, Social Talent,  Itris. Stevie has spent time carefully building relationships with individuals who are looking for new roles and companies looking to hire now or in the future.

“Since day one, I knew this was the industry for me however I didn’t honestly realise what an integral role a recruiter plays in the process of a successful hire. I have learnt so much during my training and have made some fabulous contacts.”

When asked what is the best thing about your role? When making placements! We are known as the #Lifechangers and I can see why! It means so much to candidates when they get a new role.

How would you describe yourself in 3 words? Enthusiastic, Committed, Non-Stop

Who do you recruit? I look after all of our Salisbury jobs so I recruit anyone who has office based skills in one form or another. Commercial roles including administrators, sales, PA’s to name but a few.

What’s your biggest strength? Reliable & Loyal, I can’t split them.

Your biggest weakness? The fear of failure! It spurs me on to succeed every day.  

Who would play you in a film of your choice? Bridget Jones

3 things you’d take with you on a desert island? Prosecco, Sun cream & Brian (Liam’s dog)

Favourite food? Anything that tastes so good it’s bound to be naughty!
