We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant / Front of House Receptionist to join an leading Professional Services firm based in Bournemouth. In this post, you will be required to demonstrate a professional attitude to work, be comfortable in a front of house capacity as well as being able to demonstrate competent administration skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
Meeting & greeting all clients and guests on site
Being first port of call
Book meeting rooms and virtual meetings when required
Support teams with any overflow of administration
Candidates who will be deemed suitable are those who have experience in the above areas, as well as demonstrating a passion for delivering high quality customer service. A positive professional manner is required as you will be one of the first people many new clients will interact with. An advantage will be someone who has previously managed a front of house/reception point and can confidently communicate with a Senior team.
