A new opportunity is now available for an Administrator to join a prestigious Legal firm based in Winchester. For the role of Administrator, we are looking for someone who has the following:

  • A professional courteous manner to greet clients

  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office are essential.

  • Experience within Professional Services sector

Daily Duties within the role will include:

  • Provide high quality service too the secretaries and Fee Earners any Admin, typing assistance, filing

  • Maintain stock levels

  • Handling all incoming post and distributing it where necessary

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and other visitors to the office when standing in for Reception

  • Managing and maintaining a meeting room booking system

  • Setting up meetings with necessary IT resources

For this post, we require someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as maintaining a calm, professional and proactive approach as well as being super organised and conscientious.
