For the role of Administrator, we are looking for someone who has the following:
A professional courteous manner to greet clients
Excellent IT skills including MS Office are essential.
Experience within Professional Services sector
Daily Duties within the role will include:
Provide high quality service too the secretaries and Fee Earners any Admin, typing assistance, filing
Maintain stock levels
Handling all incoming post and distributing it where necessary
Be the first point of contact for clients and other visitors to the office when standing in for Reception
Managing and maintaining a meeting room booking system
Setting up meetings with necessary IT resources
For this post, we require someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as maintaining a calm, professional and proactive approach as well as being super organised and conscientious.
