​We have two vacancies to join a leading financial planning and discretionary wealth management firm based in Salisbury as part of an exclusive Client Support team. The role will be split between home working and a modern office environment working with a team of advisers where you will help deliver positive client outcomes.

The primary responsibility of the client services role: Reporting to a Business Support Superior you will provide full administrative service, maintaining all client relationships in order to support Advisers to meet our client's obligation under their Value and Service Proposition.

We are looking for candidates who have experience of working within a Financial Services role previously of at least 2+ years, experience of working in a Wealth Management, IFA practice is an advantage.

  • A-C Maths & English at GCSE level essential

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and system savvy to learn an in house customer management information tool

Key responsibilities of the Client Services Administrator

  • Processing of new business and documentation

  • Preparing of meeting packs for client visits and quotations

  • Dealing with client queries, taking appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with effectively

  • Inputting and ongoing maintenance of data on internal systems

  • General administration, ensuring the client service is of a high standard

  • Liaise with other departments, colleagues in a professional manner

  • Producing ad-hoc client valuations

  • Support the senior team
