To be part of this exciting growth plan, we are looking for an experienced administrator who has a financial services history and is known for their ability to process and deliver as part of a team.
The role will be responsible for providing full administrative support, maintaining good positive relations with clients and supporting the processing function of all new business.
Skills and experiences required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous administration experience within an FCA regulated environment
Good knowledge of MS Office and system savvy to learn in house management tools
Attention to detail
Integrity and values driven
Able to meet deadlines
Prove to be an effective team player
Strong broad knowledge on products and providers available on the open market
Key responsibilities will include:
Processing of new business and documentation in accordance with quality standards
Ownership of full life cycle of transacted business
Preparing for client appointments, collating meeting packs
Inputting ongoing maintenance of data on internal systems
Dealing with adviser, charge, fee and commission enquiries
Provide support to the rest of the team
As stated, this role is designed for someone who has worked within Financial Services, perhaps working in a larger operation and wants the opportunity to be part of a smaller more personable culture. If you have experience within Valuations, New Business Processing or Trading then that would give you an advantage.
The role is split between working from home and the office a long term flexible approach.
