This is not a sales role.

You'll work closely with the directors and wider team, managing enquiries, coordinating activity, maintaining impeccable systems and delivering a level of organisation and customer experience that sets the business apart.

The Role
As Property Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the sales and lettings operation.
You'll be the central point of coordination across enquiries, clients, applicants, landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and every opportunity is maximised.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all inbound sales and lettings enquiries
Qualifying applicants, buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors
Coordinating and booking viewings
Maintaining accurate CRM records and applicant databases
Matching buyers and tenants with suitable properties
Managing client communications and ensuring outstanding service throughout
Chasing documentation, compliance requirements and outstanding information
Ensuring all leads and enquiries are followed up promptly and effectively
Supporting the progression of sales and lettings from enquiry to completion
Monitoring pipelines and helping keep transactions moving
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency
Working closely with the leadership team to support the continued growth of the business
About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, loves creating structure and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You may come from estate agency, recruitment, hospitality, operations, customer success, events, professional services or another fast-paced environment.
