ReQuire Consultancy are partnering with an established South of England law firm who are known for their exceptional service to clients and collaborative culture. They are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the busy Commercial Litigation Team
This role is perfect for someone who thrives off working in a busy, fast paced environment and can manage and prioritise multiple tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Other duties include:
File management and preparing legal documents.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Ability to produce a high volume of work with a high level of accuracy.
Previous secretarial experience within the Property Industry
Excellent organisational skills.
Proficient user of IT.
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent delivery of client service is also essential to the role.
This is a full time position working 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday), it offers an excellent benefits package and free parking.
They would consider this candidate working out of either their Southampton or Bournemouth Branch.
Salary is dependent on experience.
