We have a new role now available for a Customer Care Advisor to join our long standing client, a reputable friendly firm based in Andover. The business is looking to add to their Customer Care Team by bringing on board a Customer focused Advisor who can play a supportive role for their customers in all areas of their requests via call or email.
Some of the key duties will include:
To deal with customers enquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
Providing advice to customers on their products.
Providing after sales support and services as required.
Follow company product processes.
Liaise with suppliers with regards to warranty queries and repairs.
Provide cover and support to other team members when required.
Accurately record data.
Key skills and experiences Required:
Competent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
A proven track record of working in a customer focused environment.
A team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
Excellent attention to detail.
