Some Key Responsibilities
Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Wiltshire area.
Build relationships and work closely with clients
Undertake viewings for prospective buyers as part of the process.
Management of ongoing client instructions
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Meet with clients and provide a service tailored to individual instructions.
To provide informed advice and expertise to clients and colleagues.
Skills and Experiences we are looking for:
Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales, account management
Demonstrate local knowledge of Salisbury and the surrounding area
Possess excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
Be willing to learn new processes and be dedicated to learning the residential sales process
Be capable of building and maintaining good relationships
Exhibit commitment to high standards and providing a quality service
Have the ability to work well as part of a team but also able to work autonomously
