We have an immediate requirement now available to join a charity organisation based in the heart of Salisbury. In the post of 'EA' you will provide support to the CEO and Directors within the organisation, splitting your time between home working and in the office.
It is essential that you are an organised, committed individual who is excellent at multi tasking and keeping everything 'ticking along'. If you enjoy helping leaders achieve their goals by delivering the highest levels of support and have excellent MS Office skills then this could be the role for you.
The primary purpose of the role is to form part of a wider support team, key duties will include diary management, servicing of key meetings, minute taking. The position is designed for a 'people person' who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Taking calls on their behalf and responding timely to email enquiries makes this an integral role for the charity.
