Our client is a professional services organisation who are seeking to recruit, a talented, reliable Float Legal Secretary for their organisation. In this position, you will provide effective secretarial and administrative support to all departments as and when they need you to. A Float Secretary is a skill in itself, you need to be able to move between divisions when required and work with differing Fee Earners. Key duties will include:
Accurately create and input documents from digital dictation onto the case management system
Draft straightforward legal documents using the precedents provided
Filing and photocopying
Prepare files for archiving
Attend to clients on the phone and in person
Schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain up-to-date diaries using the appropriate diary function, if requested.
We are looking for candidates who consider themselves to have accurate typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 60wpm. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and prove to be highly organised and competent enough to manage busy workloads.
The salary for this position is between £20k - £23k based on your experiences. The role does also offer many benefits as well as a designated parking space which can prove rare in Salisbury.
