We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent HR Administrator to join a friendly, motivated and dedicated team, part of a locally based Charity here in Salisbury. The role is part time, between 14- 21 hrs per week.

The role will form part of their small Finance and Operations team, supporting the HR Manager in providing a high quality, efficient HR administrative service to the organisation and helping to develop the organisation as a great place to work. The main focus will be recruitment and training administration, but the successful candidate can expect to be involved with providing administrative support to ongoing HR project work and the development of our HR systems and tools. We are looking for someone with a passion for working in HR who is proactive and enthusiastic. You must have a friendly manner and be confident in developing relationships at all levels of the organisation. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role and would like to play a part in contributing to the great work our client carries out.

Key responsibilities within the role:

  • Recruitment Administration - Create recruitment packs, handle interview arrangements, responding to all enquiries

  • Training Administration - Assist HR Manager in collating training requirements. Record all training and development on an internal HR system

  • General Administration - Respond to queries, support with monthly payroll, prepare reports, improve the systems and processes within HR where necessary and applicable

  • Other Administration - From time to time undertake other duties that will help the business overall. Contribute to their ongoing success and support a positive culture

As an enthusiastic administrator, you will have a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach. You will need excellent communication skills and be willing to take on a varied and full workload and respond positively to changing priorities.

Key skills and experiences we are looking for in our HR Administrator are:

  • Some good administrative experience with perhaps an interest in HR

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • A high-level of integrity and resilience

  • Good people skills

  • Able to work in a small team or alone,

This position is permanent and part time. Our client are looking to offer 2 days per week but could extend to 3 days for the right candidate and we are flexible on the days you work. The role will be office based and 9am - 5pm are the working hours.
