We have a fantastic new vacancy now available for a HR Advisor who can either be 'qualified by years of HR experience' or someone who has successfully completed their Level 3 and is working towards or part way through their Level 5 CIPD but with specific experience in Employee Relations. The position is to join a small yet talented HR team within a Manufacturing environment to help maximise the talent within the company which in turn will achieve consistently high standards for their customers.

The main purpose of the HR Advisor will be to: Work closely and collaboratively with a HR Manager whilst partnering with key stakeholders conveying HR support which will enable the delivery of company growth plan. You will play a pivotal role in embedding the core values and culture throughout the business focusing on staff wellbeing and helping continually create a motivating and positive working environment for all personnel.

Within the role of HR Advisor, we really want to introduce a committed, self motivated professional who really enjoys the variety HR can often bring. The ability to multi task and demonstrate a flexible and resourceful attitude to work is key. Some of your main responsibilities within the role will consist of, reporting, maintaining good working knowledge of employment law, dealing with performance management supporting line managers where required, reporting on key HR metrics and developing and reviewing current policies and procedures.   • Communication skills - We want someone who likes to share ideas and exchange ideas

  • Previous HR experience within Manufacturing is a big advantage

  • Strong interpersonal skills - You will be working closely with your team and stakeholders but also will have interaction with the entire staff

  • Planning and organising - Demonstrate the ability to forward plan and manage time and people appropriately

  • Adapting and responding to change - Be accepting of new ideas, concepts.
