We have a unique opportunity available for a candidate who wishes to join a Fundraising operation for a long standing Charity organisation in a high demanding administrative role.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the general management and administration of all unique settlement case. Ensuring you take extreme care and attention at planning and preparing suitable correspondence. The role comes with great responsibility but you will be guided by a Head of department and a surrounding team.
We are looking for someone who has an excellent grasp of the English Language and can show evidence of that either in the form of previous work experience or a relevant degree. Your role will pivot around external communications with those linked to the Charity and at all times, confidentially will need to be kept as well as the ability to demonstrate empathy in your communications. If you have formerly worked in a Charity or Trust organisation in a Fundraising or administrative capacity, this role could be the next opportunity for you. However we would also look at someone who is looking for their first major opportunity since gaining their Degree.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of cases and ensure timely justified responses are issued
Respond to all enquiries and update the CRM system appropriately
Work in partnership with the organisation's Legacy consultant where necessary
Liaise with the fundraising team to ensure the correct message is released in a timely fashion
Contribute to specific campaigns
