We have a new vacancy working for a Salisbury based business who are looking to add an administrator/secretary to their growing operation. Our client are a dynamic organisation who provide support to their clients in a variety of ways including administrative and invoicing assistance. Based in an idyllic spot yet close to the city offering free parking and a comfortable working arena our client would like to hire the services of someone who enjoys delivering accurate administrative support to their professional client base.
Key duties will include:
Being a primary point of contact for clients calling the office
Diary management
Taking payments through online secure portal
Raising and record incoming payments
Manage spreadsheets and internal database
Reply to external correspondence where applicable
General day to day administrative tasks
This position would suit an individual who takes pride in their work and who can also demonstrate a degree of professionalism, offering an exemplary service to key clients. A good understanding of MS Office in particular Word, Excel is important as well as having an enthusiastic collaborative approach to work life.
