We are recruiting exclusively for an efficient Operations Assistant to join Ops team working within a Finance firm based in the heart of Salisbury.
As a core member, your main responsibility will be to accurately keep up to date with clients as well as producing invoices, using multiple software systems. The effective and timely management of our client's various data systems, as well as maintaining healthy customer relations are central to the success of this role and are seen as an integral in the wider team.
Primary tasks would also include:
Preparation and analysis of monthly statistics in Excel
Formatting monthly management reports using Excel
General support of the Operations team in data processing, monthly invoicing, handling customer queries as they arise
Tracking the deployment and movement of products
Interpreting and processing industry data flows
Interacting with a wide range of external contacts within your portfolio
You will be joining a wider Operations team who will support you to ensure you are set up to succeed. They are a small friendly team so a personable personality is a key factor, you must be flexible and versatile in this role.
Key skills and experiences we are looking for:
At least two years of experience working within a Finance, Logistics environment is an advantage
A confident user of MS Office specifically Excel - to an advanced level
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Excellent communication qualities verbal and in writing
The ability to deliver accurate results in a timely fashion
Professional outlook looking to work for a forward thinking organisation
A solid education at least A-Levels but a Degree is an advantage
