What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for ensuring the purchase ledger runs efficiently, including:
Processing supplier invoices accurately and on time
Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
Managing supplier payments and maintaining strong relationships
Investigating invoice discrepancies
Supporting audits and wider finance activities
Contributing ideas to improve finance processes and systems
Could This Be You?
You'll already have experience in Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or a similar finance role and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
You'll also have:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills
A proactive, positive approach
Great communication skills
A full UK driving licence
