A new vacancy is now available for a capable Administrator to join a Salisbury based manufacturing company, working in a department dedicated to supporting a variety of daily procurement operations and play a key role in the purchasing and importing operation, as well as being a point of contact for suppliers.
Key responsibilities will include:
Placing orders for products and parts with suppliers.
Manage shipping instructions
Arrange collections from suppliers
Approve invoices for payment against delivery notes and pass onto the finance team.
Run back-order reports and chase suppliers for updates as and when required.
Updating data and prices as and when required.
Raise end of month credit notes.

Proficient in MS office and able to learn new computer systems.
Ability to work in a small team.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Have a positive work ethic.
Able to think on their feet and demonstrate initiative.
