A new vacancy is now available for a capable Administrator to join a Salisbury based manufacturing company, working in a department dedicated to supporting a variety of daily procurement operations and play a key role in the purchasing and importing operation, as well as being a point of contact for suppliers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Placing orders for products and parts with suppliers.

  • Manage shipping instructions

  • Arrange collections from suppliers

  • Approve invoices for payment against delivery notes and pass onto the finance team.

  • Run back-order reports and chase suppliers for updates as and when required.

  • Updating data and prices as and when required.

  • Raise end of month credit notes.

We are looking for an individual who considers themselves:

  • Proficient in MS office and able to learn new computer systems.

  • Ability to work in a small team.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have a positive work ethic.

  • Able to think on their feet and demonstrate initiative.
