​Are you looking for an exciting new job opening based in the City Centre working for one of Salisbury's more recognised organisations? We have an excellent new position now available for a wonderfully friendly and customer focused Receptionist to assist with all the daily tasks that come with manning a front desk in a busy environment.

Key tasks of the Receptionist:

  • To ensure the Receptionist is manned throughout the day

  • To field all incoming calls as necessary

  • Meet and greet clients

  • Photocopy and certify ID of those coming on site

  • Add meetings to a diary

  • Deal with all incoming post and pass around the business

  • Arrange all front of office shopping

  • Arrange meeting rooms and lunches when required

  • A variety of admin duties

We are looking for someone who considers themselves to be an excellent communicator at all levels, who is energetic and personable. You must have a professional telephone manner along with experience in a front facing or reception role previously. We also want someone who is comfortable using MS Office, in particular, Outlook, Word.

  • Hours: 35hrs per week M-F.
