You will be joining the core team of a brilliant business who have an effective retentions team who now need an experienced Sales Team Leader to help them achieve their growth and kick on to the next level.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the workflow of a small team
Encouraging and supporting the team to maximise success
Developing strategies to improve processes
Review KPI's, produce reports
Knowledge of managing telephony systems
Strong communication skills
Directly report into Senior Management and play a pivotal part in developing the team
